    Built-in for a charge, the Return of Premium benefit offers protection from unpredictable circumstances. You can surrender your annuity at any time during the Withdrawal Charge1 period and receive your initial purchase premium, less any prior withdrawals.2
  • Minimum Interest Credit
    If the total interest credited to your annuity’s Accumulated Value is less than the Minimum Interest Credit at the end of your Withdrawal Charge period, you will automatically receive a one-time interest credit equal to the difference.3
  • Protection from market risk
    The annuity’s Accumulated value will never decrease due to market performance, and any interest credits earned are locked in and protected from future downturns.

1 Withdrawals and surrender of taxable amounts are subject to ordinary federal and state income tax, and except under certain circumstances, will be subject to an IRS penalty if taken prior to age 59½. Withdrawals in excess of the no-charge amount are subject to a Withdrawal Charge which may result in the loss of principal.
